It's really good food , Pollo Loco never changed but some people don't want to be OK with that and move on , just because you ate your chicken after 2 hours and it was dry ! Well it's BBQ you need to eat it once you order it ? so anyway delicious ? ?

They were out of breast meat and I was told it would be 30 to 40 min wait. I didn't order the breast meat and I still was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then in the parking lot for 10 min. I guess, don't go at dinner time.

I ordered the Chicken Avocado Tostada Bowl. I enjoyed it, although, without additional sauces, it would taste bland. But I'd like to think I'm eating healthy when I buy their food. I took this order to-go, partially because their tables always seem to be dirty when I go. It would be nice if a little more time was spent taking care of the dining room.One thing that keeps me coming back is their good coupons that I get in the mail, and also their rewards app. It helps...
