KFC is a restaurant with varying customer experiences. While some customers have had issues with online orders and pricing discrepancies, others have had positive experiences with friendly staff who remember their usual orders. The district manager, Edgar, is particularly notable for his exceptional customer service. Despite some hiccups, KFC offers a range of menu items, including the popular chicken sandwich and #2 combo meal.
