Absolutely ridiculous service here !!!!! Me and my family went to have lunch , we ordered a drink , my sister had her ID , I did not . The waiter DORA glanced shortly at my sisters id without confirming it's her , and told me a picture of my Id wasn't acceptable even tho I had the scan code on the back and proof it was me . DORA went and told the manager I had my sister get me a drink and had the MANAGER Approach me in front of my family to come and take the drink off my table...read full review
We came to Lazy Dog tonight to celebrate my son’s 21st Birthday we had such a great experience! The staff was great, the manager came out and greeted us and made us feel welcomed, and the food was awesome! We will definitely be coming back!
Dined in at the bar on 3/28 after running some errands. The lady with glasses working at the bar, (unfortunately, I did not get her name), provided me with mediocre service. I initially thought that she may have been having a rough day until she gave the couple that came in after me exceptional service. I even overheard the couple saying how wonderful she was to them.
