If you close at 7pm on Saturdays, why does your door say you close at 8pm? And even if you close at 7pm on Saturday, and a customer walked in at 6:41p, why wouldn't you serve the customer?
Why do you consistently turn business away??
Closing at 7p means you serve until 7p.
Poor business. And I'm taking mine elsewhere. Three strikes. You're out.
