Happy to find the Old Basque Restaurant I frequented in the 1950's &1960's before moving to Bakersfield, etc. It was a delightful & delicious dinner my family and l enjoyed. We shall look forward to our next adventure at the Santa Fe Basque Restaurant.
The brown gravy on the mashed potatoes is fabulous. We ate there last night. Will you share the recipe?

The Santa Fe Basque Restaurant & Bar offers an excellent Basque dining experience with a super friendly staff. The menu features a variety of delicious family-style dishes. Customers praise the amazing, love-cooked food and highly recommend this long-standing, family-owned establishment. It’s been around for a long time, an older restaurant serving food family style, very delicious. The Basque was a real Ol' School sit-down three course meal restaurant with quality food and presentation. Everything ordered was perfectly delicious, and the service incredible.
