“I just stopped by here to redeem a union coupon for a meal, and the staff there were polite and quick to get my order done; I was in there less than 5 minutes, and my (cold cut) sub meal tasted great! I'd definitely go back for lunch next time.“

“The sandwich shop was empty, very clean. The young lady behind the counter was polite and charming and, in the end, understanding. My friend gave me a gift card she had won, so I went to the sandwich shop to treat myself to a toasted sub combo. I tried to pay with my card, failed. The lady behind the counter stated that I wasn't registered, so I sat down with the task of registering the card, after what seemed like eternity I managed to register the card, finally the nightmare ended, so I thought. The card failed twice more. Now hungry and irritated, I tried for another 30 me ns that's lost to me forever, only to come to the conclusion, there was never any money on the card. Embarrassed, I fled the restaurant mortified that the nice young lady had prepared a great looking sandwich for nothing. All I can say is getting a gift card, and getting a gift card that's loaded, are two very different scenarios.“

“I got 2 sandwiches and 1 was overloaded with mayonnaise. Never had a sandwich I didn't like from here. The regular workers(possibly owners) are so nice and friendly all the time but this new girl today looked unfriendly like she didn't want to be there. They happily remade my sandwich and I love this subway.“

What I am going to complain about is Subway's online site. Utter garbage. I think I was able to only get one order to go through in the past year of using their online site. Always having IO errors and stuff. They need to either invest in better server infrastructure, replace their developer or switch IT companies cause the damn site is so unstable all the time.“

“giving 5 stars to this location bc of the lady employee who worked at 11/22 nighttime & handled the rush hour despite being alone and taking orders for 20 people who came together in a tour bus. our order took 1 hour despite ordering online but can’t really blame the worker bc of how busy it was and she was alone. subway needs to hire more people and stop making their employees work alone at night shift. she did a great job despite the busy schedule (I didn’t catch her name but just wanted to let management know she handled the situation really well)“

“I hate to say this, but this subway is the best. There's so many good Subway restaurants, but this location is the best because they are fast, clean and all the workers all understand you on the first order. No having to repeat yourself 3 or 4 times and no talking over your sandwich.“

“Great customer service. Young woman was very patient. I had three coupons and ordered 8 sandwiches. You are only able to use one coupon per transaction. Knowing this, she made all of my sandwiches and split them into the proper transactions so that my coupons could be used. She did all of this without any complaining or making the situation uncomfortable.Sandwiches were great. My family of 8 was very happy.This is a way better subway than the one on Figarden. “It all depends which which subway you go to. Some of them are clean, and have good service while others sometimes are not clean they have no people tending but one person and their service is slow. Nevertheless I can say almost everyone I have gone to have fresh vegetables and their bread is very good, so if I'm going to have a quick bite then I will have a Subway if that's what I have near me. I like the idea of choosing what I want in my Subway ?“

“I only gave 5 stars so people could see this review, this is by far the worst subway in all of California, I have been to many subways but lord Jesus this is by far the most horrible place I've gone too, she weighted my meat for my wrap as if that determines the amount of meat that should go on a wrap, then I also got a sandwich and she weighted my meat as if that's the correct way to put meat on sandwich, me and my mom will never go back to this place again even if it means I dont ever eat subway again. She is also very rude to the guest.“

I had a footlong somewhere else and I didn’t think I would eat again, but I gave it another try this location and tried the tuna sub — it was surprisingly delicious! The staff, especially the girl working there, is super friendly and great with customers. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
They also have sub of the day for $6.99 drink, half sub and chips.“
