I walk in and two ladies are up front. No hello, they seemed mad I was there. Then I order the cold cut special. I wanted it heated she didnt. I go to pay and she says its 11.99 for a 7.99 sandwich. I see the receipt and she deliberately overcharged me. Then when called out she states there is two prices for the cold cut special. I will never come here again.
I was in here late Thursday and bought 3 footlongs with extra meat for my daughters cold cut and 2 extra scoops of tuna for the 2 other footlongs and I was hoping to get my 4th footlong free soon and when I asked about the rewards number or the promotion for the 4th she said you already paid you don’t get the promotional deal. So I asked for my receipt to add points later and she said it doesn’t work that way, I paid and it works if you add it before purchasing! I was so annoyed...read full review
