I had my husband go pick up my order. Come to find out, we were already out of town, and the girl wanted me to take the sandwiches back. My order was all wrong. My 2 '6' sandwiches weren't tosted. Did not have the extras I asked for. Mine and my grandsons were with none of our extra. Also, I did not get any of our sandwiches right.called the store, and she didn't want to replace my food she said no sandwiches, nothing I couldn't do. I used to be a manager. I know what we need to do in a fast food place. Then she has the balls to hand up. I have my receipts with my special instructions as well. All I wasn't is for them to take care of customer like they were serving their own families. This is bad customer service the subway on 4116 n west suit 102 Fresno ca 93705

I ordered online , my daughter went to pick up the food and was told they don't have the pizza, so no sandwiches, either the lady smiled and said no, I canceled your order. My daughter got home with nothing. I called the store and was told to cancel online they have nothing on the site to cancel or support WOW. I kept calling, and they ignored it, and now I'm mad kids are hungry. So I waited til morning like the worker said and was told they would call me back, NEVER HAPPENED NO CALL... SO I went down there and was told the owner said don't make nothing because it's a on line order. HORRIBLE SERVICE WHO DOESN'T THAT.. PPL WHO DO CARE... Ready to just take my money and what can we really do about it???

2nd time. Definitely won’t go back again! Didn’t switch out gloves! She’s used dirty knives, we asked for a toasted sandwich she put it in the toaster for 5sec and took it out. She had tuna on her gloves from the previous sandwich and nope never again. Just horrible all around! Literally threw my sandwich & money away.

If it was possible I would leave ZERO stars ! the passed two times ive went they wouldn't help or didn't want to fix my sandwiches that they made wrong. So today I went in with their coupon that says it excludes 3 specific sandwiches so I was trying to do the deal with the person was no help and we tried getting the manger but she was no help either so we tried getting the person higher than her and she refused and said there's no one higher than her? Which is inaccurate. So I left and came to another one and they honored the deal.

Ordered 3 sandwiches online even tho all were different condiments only one had double meat. Did not get it! When I went back I was told because I did not apparently go back to my car and check my sandwiches they couldn't do nothing. I offered to show them my timeline from pickup of these but of course they declined. I brought the sandwiches so they could see that I in fact was missing the double meat. The employee supposedly called the "owner" and explained the situation and apprently the only answer given was why did I wait. So apparently if you order an sandwich you must consume immediately for idk about others but I personally find that a subway sandwich is twice as better when you allow it to sit and then consume.Now I say "supposedly" only for the whole conversation was in their language and I could not understand.

So I go into this location at 12:00 for 2 foot longs before I even open my mouth the lady puts a whole lot of mayo I didn't want on there I told oh no just mustard so she scraps whatever she can of the mayo off but it was still on there I understand mistakes do happen but I should have got a whole new sandwich made and too top it off the bread is stale and the cookies were hard as rock I'm sorry subway manger you need check up on your store and make sure everything is fresh not stale
Hours state they are open until 9 but they closed everything up at 845. Bad business in my opinion. Will never eat at this location again.

This place is usually good with service but how is it that on Google it shows you're open until 9pm I went to the restaurant at 8:20pm and they had the doors locked and said they were closed. Update your time so people won't waste time and gas driving to this location and go to one that is still open.

Employee doesn’t wear gloves or wash her hands she made my sandwich directly after using her cell phone number ! She does not wash/wipe down the area where she makes the sandwiches.

I ordered through their app. I went to pick up and got home. They only put the meats and one tiny squirt of mayo and my bread was dry. They refused to put any more condiments on there or remake because everything was already on there which was false. Decided to just buy a new sandwich and will never be coming here again. If we put extra and it doesn't even cover the other half and i get a dry sandwich and they cant even afford to put more on there its just not worth it. The new workers are so lazy. Last time I went I also saw a worker cut herself and still give the sandwich to the customer instead of restarting it. It’s disgusting and i’d rather never come to this location again.
