“I love this taco bell store they always do our food right . The staff are always great . Perfect amount of lettuce meat & sour cream . Other stores put very little. I live kinda far from this store but im willing to go any day because they do food right just like you see in commercials. Thank you all taco bell staff on mckinley & chesnut you guys are the best“

“I love the chalupas, and I love the chalupa box. I substitute the chicken for beef so I get the beef chalupa supreme I'm not too big on their chicken but you can always substitute I did try the new nacho fries but it was like a mistake on it and it was delicious it's got some crazy sauce on top of it a little bit but it has normally the cheese and it comes with jalapenos or you can get them on the side. But it is delicious!!!“
“I ordered a party size taco and the price was too high for me. It was my first time going to this place and the prices were expensive compared to other places. I cancelled my order and ordered nachos. They were delicious. I wanted to thank you. I give one star for the price but five stars for the food.“

“Great service this was the first time I was in this particular store but everything was clean and their service was great and the food was amazing. I probably should not eat so much that late at night but was still great. I miss the deals that they used to have. Just last month they took away one of my favorites the cheesy gordita crunch 😕. But with all good things they have must come to an end sometime. I have not tried the new lux meals but I'll try them next time. They're just a little bit more money. So I had the soft tacos with with the spicy potatoes. They're crack good I just needed some water with it.“
“ORDERED THE CHUPLA BOX AND BAJA BLAST ICE CREAM GELATO & DRINK TO PAIR food and ice was both really good. Taste almost the same but more smoother and ? shave ice .
Unlike a ice-e baja-blast gelato is a lot smoother and went good with box 9/9

“Got the cantina chicken burrito meal. The burrito was really good. I would come back for that. The taco that came with the meal was ok. Mostly chicken and cheese. Next time I'd probably just get the burrito and a drink. The other was good but way too much food for me“
“I typically have no issue with this taco bell, order is 99% of the time correct and the wait is never too bad. My only complaint is that about half the time I want to eat in the lobby I can't, because it smells so awful it kills my appetite. I'm not sure if it's the large number of homeless individuals who frequent the lobby, or maybe the floor drains? It really does smell repulsive in there alot of the time. Would be great if they addressed this issue.“
“We went on halloween day it wasn't packed either but to order food took a while. And getting it as well. Thats the only thing that upset me. But they were dressed up and someone was dressed as Spiderman and my son was as well he came up to my son and fist 👊 him and said hi which was nice my son was happy“
“It’s a Taco Bell, you get what you’d expect. At times because it is across from Fresno State, it can be really busy or when people are leaving bars they want Taco Bell. When it is quieter, the wait is good and no main problems with service. Very close to bulldog stadium, so stay away when there are games going on, very busy“

“Went thru the drive thru for lunch. Great service! Ordered 4 chicken chipotle melts / add onion, and a Mountain Dew. This location got it 5 stars! I’ve ate the chicken chipotle melt at probably 40 different Taco Bell’s across the USA, today, you made it the Best I’ve ever had.“

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair, but I did notice the accomodations if needed, such as the ramp and the extra space inside with the tables listed for wheelchair access, which is very nice.“
“I’ve been ordering customized bowls at different Taco Bell’s for about a month now and have seen little consistency. This location provided just what I expect for a customized bowl. They followed all of the directions including no rice, add jalapeños, add ground beef and chicken. The presentation of the bowl was also picture perfect.
I don’t like the self service kiosks at most Taco Bell’s but I understand it’s beyond the workers control. Additionally, they should make an effort to acknowledge a customer straight away despite of the self-service ordering kiosks because some people can’t use them or refuse to use them.

“Have always given me excellent service and been friendly. Always get my order right the past several years. No fault of the staff, their is alot of homeless around the parking lot and will come in. The staff always have the area clean but still can feel a little sketch at times.“
