If you were in town you got to try El Parian. The owner brings heart to Butler on the corner of 8th Street prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. After a certain time they cook tacos outside fresh to order. They are offering different salsas, various toppings and even beans you can add on your tacos for no extra cost. This is the best Mexican food place in town. Hands down. I consider myself a foodie and Tacos El Chilango did not disappoint at all. It was so good we actually came 2 days in a row to try different items. We had the squash blossom quesadilla, huitlacoche quesadilla and the tinga and asada gorditas and everything was amazing!!! The owner Jose is super helpful and the service is great. This truly is a hidden gem in Fresno and my new favorite Mexican food stop.
