“The wines and views were amazing but we are giving a 3 star because the lady convinced us to buy a bottle telling us that airplanes allow 1 bottle through carry on only. We heard her say it twice and so we believed her. Arrived at the airport and TSA took our bottle away. Wine bottles cannot pass through carry on luggage. $ in the garbage.
Update: We got the return and changed it to a 5 star. Thank you so much!“

“I really enjoy the mornings that I'm able to go to Kuppa Joy. It starts my day on a positive trajectory. Everyone is friendly, the coffee is delicious and the chicken artichoke panini...yum! I will say that it is usually busy in the morning so you may have to share a table or sit in the patio. But, it's worth it.“

Went in to try some bakery items and saw a food menu that sounded good.
My mom and I got an egg croissant sandwich, and avocado toast, and the Dubai Chocolate Crepe.
Omg! Everything we tried was delicious!
Not only was the food amazing, but the presentation was on point!
I only took pictures of 2 of our items because I forgot to take pictures before eating some other things.
Drank a Mango Jammer there and also tried a croissant, almond croissant, and maple cronut at home.
We will 100% be going back.
P.S. I don't like coffee so no reviews from me but I'm sure people will love whatever they get 😊“

“You noticed how the stars quote, "I loved it" is past tense. Ever since I was turned on to this place it has been my favorite go to pizza place. However I've never ordered over the phone nor given them my number even though someone did, and ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple. I explained this to the manager who kept wanting to check my order to see What I ordered the last time. I explained it must have been someone using my credit card but that I have never ordered over the phone. I haven't given them my number. Period. No matter how long we talked he couldn't understand what I explained I've ordered at least 10 times. After 10 minutes I gave up but I'm very disappointed. They make an excellent pizza and I'm starving. I called and apologized for getting frustrated but that doesn't solve the problem...I still don't have any dinner. Apparently in order to get what I want I have to go in to the shop. That's the only problem I've got with this place and but it's still frustrating!“

“I love their bingo events. They are very fun. Service takes a long time for some, and not others. When I asked for my drink for the 3rd time, I was told that it was busy, which I saw, but I also saw one table get served 2 separate times while I had to ask for the same drink 3 times. I also saw other people that came in after me eat and finish their food before I was served. I hope my next experience is better.“

“I called the morning of 08/01 to make a same-day reservation for a party of 7 to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The gentleman who took my call was incredibly professional — he listened attentively, understood the importance of the occasion, and suggested a table in the banquet room for a more private experience. He even let me know we were welcome to bring our own cake and decor. That level of attentiveness set the tone, and I was immediately impressed with the restaurant and the potential for a memorable evening.
However, upon arrival, things took a disappointing turn. I had my wife wait in the car with our son so I could set up the table, only to be informed by the hostess that our reservation had been moved to a high-top table outside of the banquet room. I explained that this wasn’t what I had reserved, and that a high table wouldn’t work due to having children in our party. Instead of attempting to understand or resolve the situation, the hostess was dismissive and made me feel as if my request was unreasonable — despite it being a reservation I had clearly confirmed. Her tone, body language, and general attitude lacked professionalism and created a poor first impression. Additional training in customer service and hospitality is strongly recommended.
Thankfully, the service from Catarina, our server, along with the food runners and bussers — especially Abe — turned the experience around. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism were exceptional. They made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and well taken care of. This level of service truly reflects what you’d expect from a restaurant striving to become a local favorite.
As for the food — I ordered the ribeye and it was spot-on. Everyone in our group was pleased with their meals; the quality was evident and the flavors delivered. Pricing was also very reasonable for the quality and overall experience.
In summary, despite the rocky start, the dining experience was saved by an outstanding service team and quality cuisine. I would return — and I look forward to seeing service excellence reflected across the board on future visits.“

“If you want a nice and tasty bagel resp. bagel breakfast sandwich: This is the place! It’s similar to “In-n-out-Burger”: You gotta wait for your order, but then you can tell: It has been freshly made just for you! Super tasty and delicious!“

“This store is always cleaning up Ashlan and willows mess for me. I don’t complain much, if at all. But today I finally had it. I buy drinks from DUTCH DAILY. Another wrong drink. Probably the fourth time this week. I got to talking to Aiden(sorry if I got it wrong) and he was awesome and understanding. I normally just reorder and pay for the drink, but he didn’t agree with how I do that. He offered to have my drink remade, and they got it to me practically within a couple of minutes. From being irritated and telling my wife I’m never getting Dutch bros to them winning me back as a customer is what true customer service is about. Make that man a manager please“
