Café Cultura Reviews
super awesome and helpful staff! I'll definitely be returning.
Beautiful culturally rich environment, great food, friendly staff, heart of downtown Santa Ana. Definitely a gem!
Highly recommend! Great Customer service! Outdoor dining, sun was hitting our table pretty bad, they were unable to change our table, but they accommodated by putting an umbrella which was very much helpful to cover the sun. Their Pan Dulce French toast and tres leches pancakes are the best! Try the mimosas as well! 10/10 to this place!

Café Cultura is a charming restaurant with a relaxing ambiance, featuring smooth Spanish music and a warm atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including the breakfast torta, cajeta French toast, and El Famoso breakfast burrito, which is known for being full of flavor and a good size, perfect for sharing. The churro waffle remains a popular choice, although some customers prefer a thicker waffle. The staff is excellent, providing friendly and attentive service. Some reviewers have noted that the quality of certain dishes can vary, but overall, the food is impressive, with standout options like the soy-based chorizo in the El Vegano burrito and the recommended chilaquiles. The restaurant is accommodating to dietary restrictions, with vegan and non-dairy options available. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a wide concrete ramp leading up to the front door. Guests have enjoyed the atmosphere and food, noting that it is a chill brunch spot, although parking can get packed.
The setup is nice and cute, located in a very visible spot. However, as a Mexican café, it feels very Americanized. Customers have shared mixed experiences with food quality, noting that dishes like the steak quesadilla can come out soggy and disappointing, and that the prices are quite high for the quality. Despite this, many enjoy ordering from here regularly, praising the delicious pancakes, burritos, and lattes, especially the tres leches pancakes and vegan burrito, which come with sides of chips and salsa. The flavors are appreciated, but some find the ordering process confusing, as no tables are available initially, and it's unclear whether to sit first or order first, leading to long lines and some frustration. Overall, Café Cultura offers a cozy vibe and tasty options, making it a popular spot despite some inconsistencies.
