We were 1st timers. I ordered the green enchilada plate. My husband ordered carne asada fries, and my sister ordered the carne asada torta which we did not get a picture of. My plate was delish. There was a good amount of chicken in my enchiladas. The beans and rice were yummy. The carne asada fries were equally as good. I have passed by Casa Rosita's everyday for two years since it opened on the way home from work. My husband and I have time off of work and were in the area and based on the 4.8 reviews decided to try the breakfast. Cafe de olla was like my grandma's. I tried the Choripapa burrito and my husband had the chilaquiles burrito. Both were delicious. Potatoes were not dry and had so much flavor. Great portion. My wife and I stopped by for breakfast and ordered chilaquiles. I had the chilaquiles with eggs and pastor, while my wife had the regular chilaquiles. The flavor was very good, and we both enjoyed the food.
That said, I felt the portions were a bit small for the price. The chilaquiles are close to $14, and I expected a larger serving for that cost.
