This place does not have seating - not a criticism, just a heads up. The ice cream was good, but the waffle bowl tasted burned as if it was overcooked. Overall, the atmosphere is not pleasant because some lights were not on and the counters look really old with the wood varnish fading.
Decent, high-fat ice cream offers a nice mouthfeel, though the price is substantially higher than similarly styled parlors.The inability to modify their signature dishes or convert one into a milkshake hampers creativity, which is--again--a service offered by competitors.This particular location lacks seating, and has an awkward payment system requiring the employee to walk away with your card and turn their back to you. Stopped by on a Saturday evening (9/30/23) for some their caramel apple ice cream (yum!) And the young lady that was working had a line of customers. She greeted us, helped the customers ahead of us and ourselves with a great attitude. I want her supervisor to know she provided fantastic customer service. Only regret I have is I didn't get her name as she had 3 more customers after us. I hope they see this and give her some much deserved praise.
