El Pollo Loco serves delicious food, including the popular Chicken Double Tostada. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and friendly employees who provide good service. The grilled chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the sides, such as the avocado salsa, are a hit. The staff is known for their excellent customer service, with employees like Oscar who take the time to ensure orders are correct and customers feel valued. Many regulars appreciate the polite and orderly environment, even in the small drive-thru. Overall, it's a great spot for a tasty and affordable meal, with welcoming staff eager to offer extra salsas and new options.
