This is a large chain coffee shop. I've found the product to be appropriately consistent from store to store. Their coffee is good. At this particular store the staff was efficient and quick for product service. It's located in a major shopping center. So if you're going to the shopping center for coffee only, allocate time for parking. This location is convenient, if you're shopping here already. Coffee Bean is the only place I've been to recently that doesn't allow people to add cream, sugar or other additives to their own coffee. Post COVID there have been changes to how things are done, but I can't see any reason to persist with this. Nobody else can do this exactly the way I want it done, and I wouldn't expect them to. Please, provide the ingredients and allow customers to dial in their own coffee.
