“I love this donut spot!! The staff is friendly and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. They don't have the chalky, waxy feeling (I think associated with using too much shortening instead of butter?) The buttermilk, chocolate chip, and jalapeno ham cheese croissants are my favorites!“

Ordered an oreo donut with cream filled heaven, a churro donute with caramel, and my grandson had an M&M cereal killer. So soft, not too sweet, and mouthwatering goodness. It was a 45 minute drive from our home, but I told him we will return. Highly recommend.“

“We decided to try a new place for a quick breakfast and this spot did not disappoint. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was not only delicious but a generous size as well. The donuts were great and the staff was friendly. They added a little donut hole to our sandwiches and to be honest, that little gesture was just the cherry on top. I finally found the same quality and taste in Donut Star, as well as the rest on their menu. But what tops them above ALL, are the people who work there. “It's kind of a must-visit place when you have to go through a lengthy wait for DMV things nearby. It's within walking distance from DMV (only takes two or three minutes at the most).
