It may have come out as a mess, but it was so good and the staff are nice.
I usually cycle through different boba shops to study at, but Nobibi has been my go-to for the past few months. The owner (I believe?) is very sweet and has my order and adjustments memorized, and service has always been quick whenever I go. Even if you’re not a boba person, the ice cream is delicious, too!

The the staff and the place itself are absolutely wonderful, they have a cool artist event every few months and the vibes are very positive and welcoming 💞💞💞

Nobibi Ice Cream & Boba Tea Fullerton is a wonderful place with many delicious choices, especially for those who adore dessert. The aesthetic is cozy, cute, and uniquely welcoming with comfy chairs. The staff is very friendly and provides good customer service, with notable consistency in quality and cleanliness.
Menu highlights include the Strawberry Blush, where corn flakes add great texture to the smooth soft-serve ice cream. The Dubai Chocolate Milk Frosty is super smooth and rich without being too sweet, using quality, fresh ingredients. The Oreo cookie shake is sweet and chocolatey but not overly so. The Dalgona brown sugar drink is delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness and really good boba. The Dubai chocolate ice cream is a favorite, and the new Sweet Corn Latte is described as heaven. It is a highly recommended spot for something unique and tempting.
