Always have such a great experience here, figured it was time I leave a review. Spoiler, it's fantastic.I like everything about this place from the food, the exterior and interior English cottage design, and surrounding views of Orange County but I'll highlight the service today. Entire staff is so amiable and conscientious of you and your party's needs. It really puts it over the top to make it a positive dining experience.It's a delight to not have an exhaustive menu but all you need to know is you can't go wrong with the vegetarian risotto, the prime rib (which comes with creamed corn and spinach), and the delicious bread pudding.

Been here three times. Food is good each time. Service was terrible yesterday. Had to ask the waiter three times for napkin, water, side for entree, and to open wine. Waited at least half an hour for water after we asked. They simply forget what we say or ask. I handed my card to the restarant staff as soon as we walked in since we wanted to treat our friends and didn't want them to fight for the check. The waiter forgot about our card and brought the check anyway. We had to ask for our card back.

I’ve been to Summit house a few times now and it never disappoints. Our server was the sweetest young lady and she recommended a bottle of champagne that we very much enjoyed. We ordered a seafood sampler as an appetizer which came with crab cakes, seared ahi tuna slices and jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce. The view is beautiful at night because you overlook the city lights.

My wife and I went here to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary. As always, the food was exquisite and the service impeccable! I had the Summit House cut of prime rib and my wife had the Skuna Bay Salmon. We had no "leftovers" to take home, we ate every bite. When I booked my reservation via Open Table I simply noted it was an anniversary event. The restaurant presented us with an anniversary card signed by the entire restaurant staff. This has been our "GO TO" place to celebrate special occasions for many years now!

The Easter menu. My mother got the veggies and risotto it was like eating lumpy baby food. The chicken was ok.. the mash potatoes were too salty with no flavor, the spinach was too salty. The Cesar, and Blue cheese was awful. The Yorker pudding was dry and tasteless. The prime rib had a weird texture. I asked for the bread pudding with everything on the side. I got the ice cream on the side the pecans were not there and they dumped a whole bunch of the caramel sauce on top of it. I could only eat a very small bite. It was way too sweet. The only thing that was good was the Crab cakes.We used to come here all the time.This is the last time we are never coming here again and we are telling our friends not to bother with this place either.
