“A Vietnamese friend recommended this place to me, saying it offers authentic Vietnamese snacks — and I’m glad I gave it a try!

I sampled a few different snacks (though I’m not exactly sure what they were called), but everything I tried was tasty and very affordable.

There was a short wait before ordering, but once our order was taken, the service was quick and efficient.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to try authentic Vietnamese desserts and snacks!“

It’s a little tucked away in the South Coast Plaza, but definitely worth finding - they sell truly premium cakes here.

“One particularly hot night my mom and I searched, “Best Gelato near me” and the top result was Mangiamo! After eating the gelato 3 times in a row, we can definitely say that title is well earned! The Double Chocolate flavor is for sure the best chocolate flavored Gelato in the whole state of California; not to mention it’s totally authentic too! The server is also incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. Overall, this place is such a phenomenal experience and we would highly recommend it for vacationers and gelato connoisseurs alike!“

“This was such a cute place for desserts and I’ve never had anything like this. Usually places like this they put fruit in it and there’s never other options that I like. But this one was calling my name, Milk tea bowl with Oreo. It was so yummy and refreshing and would definitely get it again. Even came in a cute bucket which I reuse!“

“I’ve been using cookies by Jess for three years now consistently for my kids birthdays, special events and parties. She’s so great to work with and is able to always come up with the designs I ask for. My guests also love the cookies and I always get compliments. I also love to use her cookie decorating kits she puts together around the holidays. These are always a blast at my parties with kids. She has a wide variety of options and can make cookies with photo prints. Definitely the best!!“

“I visited SomiSomi tonight and it was such a great experience! We tried the peach ube flavor with Nutella filling, and it was absolutely fresh, creamy, and delicious. The combination of flavors was unique and really satisfying. At first, the line looked very long, but it moved quickly, so the wait wasn’t bad at all. “First time here and did an improv trip down to try their wide matcha selection! From different matcha drink flavors to soft serve ice cream, there was a lot! I opt to try their OG stuff first so I went with their level 3 matcha latte in oat milk and their parfait to make my trip worth it! It didn’t disappoint me. It didn’t taste water down matcha that you’ll get at other stores that make matcha. But it’s not as rich tasting ask rok or maru coffee’s matcha to my preference. Overall still hit 10/10! Craving these super addictive Croffles? Try these waffle croissant desserts from @crofflehousela ?? They come sweet or savory. We tried their Fruity Pebbles and Oreo - customer favorites! The perfect snack!

I was looking forward to it having a stick with the Croffles, like the pictures and videos I’d seen but we got it without it. They are topped with Thrifty ice cream so you have to be quick to eat because it starts melting. When people take it to go, the croffles are packed separately to put together at home. The croffle can be put in an air fryer or toaster oven to warm up and get the crispiness.

They are only open on Sundays 12-5pm inside of Luv 4 Nutrition, which is why it took me so long to try this place. From seeing the videos, I was looking forward to trying it! I love the vibrant orange wall, which brightens up the room. There are plenty of tables and chairs.

I was disappointed to not be able to try more flavors, which weren’t available. I spoke with Cece about some new things she has in the works and I think it’s going to be great to draw more people in. I think Croffle House has a lot of potential and I look forward to seeing the next level that Cece takes it to!“

“Michell saved the day!! We had a group of eight for dinner and our original server took our orders and never came back from break. Michell took over and was helpful, funny, and courteous. All of the food was good but some of us ordered the Thanksgiving Pasties and they were DELICIOUS. Highly recommend Ghost Town Grill over any of the faster places at Knotts. Ony request for Knotts- bring back the Boysenberry Gin & Tonics! They were FABULOUS and we were so disappointed you took them off the menu!“

“Great macarons that I didn't feel were priced outrageously (they're never cheap anywhere). They all came individually packaged. We got an assortment of them to try, and they were all great. The standout for me was the smores (?) one, that was covered in shaved chocolate. It was fantastic. The oreo cheesecake was a close runner up, for me. Overall, highly recommended.
