delicious food taste like homemade service very good my favorite dishes steak and shrimp pupusas original savory
Great pupusas! Best in OC by far. The cheese is super melty and delicious, if you get that Laura like I did. You'll experience aaa little herb like a caperberry, but not as sour or tangy, it just gives the cheese pupusa a little added extra flavor. Each pupusa has a the nice crispy outside with the soft cheesy middle. The toppings alone are amazing. Pupuseria Flor Blanca offers a variety of traditional Salvadoran dishes, including pupusas such as revueltos, chicken and cheese, and chorizo. The food is praised for being authentic and delicious, with some customers calling the “caldo de res” the best beef broth soup they have had in a long time. It is packed with veggies and served with rice, arepas, chopped onion, jalapeño, and lime, making it a power food. The tamarind juice is also highly recommended. The restaurant is conveniently located next to Great Wolf Lodge, making it easy to visit after a day at the nearby attraction. Visitors mention that the staff is very kind and respectful, going above and beyond to serve both adults and kids, although some reviews note that service can be slow and the staff sometimes spend time chatting or looking at their phones. Customers highlight that the pupusas are delicious, with plenty of cheese, toasty and not oily, and the food is authentic. Some mention that curtido and salsa could use more salt and spice, and occasionally orders are forgotten. Despite these minor issues, many say it is a good spot for a quick, tasty meal. Overall, Pupuseria Flor Blanca is known for its authentic Salvadoran food and warm, welcoming environment, though some customers suggest that management could improve customer service, especially regarding staff attentiveness.
