Bad customer service! I ordered there all the time, every time we order up to $300 to $400, but this time I ordered 50 cha hue, the top layer was fresh but the bottom layer was not fresh( disgusting). Cheating on customer while customers didn’t realize until they got sick!

Is there a zero-star option? Because that’s what this place deserves. We walked in ready to place an order and stood at the register for several minutes without any acknowledgment. When we finally tried to get help, the first employee looked at us briefly and then walked away. Another employee came up but completely ignored us, even as we repeatedly asked if we could place an order. A third person approached, stared at us for a moment, and then also walked off without saying anything.

The lack of basic customer service here is unbelievable. It honestly felt like we were being ignored on purpose. Very frustrating experience.

It would be 0 star if it’s possible. They took whatever order you order and don’t do it until you’re there. What’s the point of asking for pickup time?
We ordered it for Xmas day for pick up at 11am. We came at 11:30am and waited until 12:30 without anything ready! They’re extremely unorganized. They also don’t prepare order in order of pickup time. We eventually had to cancel the order after an hour waiting and didn’t get to our party until past 1pm. Everybody else was done eating so what’s the point of holiday family gathering?

We've been ordering delicious food here since I was in elementary school, and they've always delivered quality foods at reasonable prices. The service is consistently friendly and efficient even on busy holidays. Everyone here works so hard and it shows. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve only done food-to-go by calling ahead. Always ready for pickup. Their egg rolls are the best I’ve found anywhere in OC, everything else they make is very fresh and flavorful with fresh herbs in steam rice rolls or mini-rice cups
