I’ve been a regular customer here.
Today my total was $14.66 and I was short one cent, so I politely asked if it was okay.
I understand if policy doesn’t allow it, but the cashier responded by saying I was “making it difficult,” which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
I still paid the full amount, but I hope staff can communicate more respectfully with customers.

On our CA vacation, my best friend invited us to Huong Viet restaurant for dinner. The cuisine was average, my cooking skills are on par. The servers were very polite, and the ambiance was nice.
