Went here with friends on November 26th 2025 with two of my friends. It is one of our tradition to share a meal at a kfc day before thanksgiving.
I am writing this review on December 7th 2025, all three of us have been suffering from food poisoning since Night of November 26th 2025 and been ever so slowly getting better.

This kfc took my receipt after they called my order ready. The Hispanic girl wearing the gray shirt told me they keep it and take a picture of it. I ask them they have a copy of my receipt and I'm entitled to have my receipt. She said no and just take a picture. I sat down and ate my combo and watch then take all the customer receipt when their order was ready and none of them complained. I call kfc customer service and complained what they did. That my right to have a recept especially when I paid cash.

We like to go there for the special .we pick ⛏️ up original chicken 🍗. dinner 😀 Tuesday day. . service 🐕🦺 is great 👍.. very courteous and polite..we happy 😊 to go there.is closer to My city 🏙️.. keep it up..

Good quick stop for a snack. Though not sure why the adult size fries were fresh and hot and my kid was given cold (old) fries. Kids tenders were not hot either. The adult fries were super fresh, very tasty.

I came here yesterday and I ordered the double mashed meal and a Large fry. And they forgot my biscuits, I honestly didnt even eat anything until this morning and realized there was no biscuits 😑 so I called and I cant get the biscuits without a recipet, I didnt get the recipet assuming everything was in the bag ??? Im pretty sure its still in your system if it was just yesterday

It's too salty for me, I love salt but this much is above average, I got 6 pieces of spicy chicken and couldn't eat it because it was too salty. This isn't the first time. It's a repeat. It's so the manager can understand the issue and hopefully fix it.

Mediocre in every regard. Service was very slow (short staffed?), value for money was meh, food was warmed over and not crispy. Couldn't recommend.

Tuesday’s deal - $10/8 pieces. Staff may need additional training. I asked the clerk whether the original chicken was crispier than the spicy one, and she simply said she didn’t know. It would be helpful if the team were more familiar with the menu to better assist customers.
The extra crispy was so Spicy it burned my mouth and caused me to have trouble breathing, I could eat it. Maybe they have adjusted the spiciness for the local customers because I've been to KFC all over California and even Utah and have Never had this experience and I order the same thing wherever I go, half Original and half Extra Crispy. Also, the staff was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed to have to deal with people in the drive through, and to have to work. The only thing I asked for after ordering was napkins since there wasn't any in the bag.

I just ordered a 4 piece crispy chicken. A minute later they called me for 8 pieces of chicken. I said that I only ordered 4 pieces for $12 and both KFC ladies insisted that is your order. I took the bag home and the fried chicken tasted so SALTY (double) and spicy. I guess this chicken could be a return from a previous customer. I'll never go back to this place.
