Need training more for ur staffs, bad service, after 10 years come back KFC, they do the same, I buy and paid not for free, should be close the business , never come back. Why they can not compare with Popeyes, church… . Should be training more for this lady. Bad service.

I love kfc food but this kfc location is all the way thumbs down. I dined in and everything was super dirty..chairs, tables, floor..looked like it wasn't broomed and mopped for days crumbs every where! I kinda lost my appetite being there I couldn't finish my meal I felt disgusted. Fries over cooked chicken tasted like it wasn't freshly made just tasted like reheated food honestly..never going back to this location ever. 🤢🤮

Dirty . They won’t turn on the soda machine unless you ask them to. Biscuit was more like a rock . Bathroom was very very dirty . Gravy for mash potato was disgusting. Poor service .

I can't understand how the staff sells chicken!! I told them over and over again to get non-spicy chicken for my child! But when I bought it, it was all spicy chicken!! This is the second time!! Never coming back!!

5/29/24 11:29AM As I approached the counter. Employee did not smile or nothing I order my food. As I wait to pay he took an order from the drive-thru. A lady that was working I'm assuming she was a manager or supervisor. She was wearing a pink shirt. Made the order from the drive-thru but she dropped the bread on the floor, I thought she was going to replace the bread but instead she end up using it for the order. Dining room. Was so dirty I'm so disappointed because this place is that one I come all the time. Now I'm gonna find a different KFC to go to. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone or at least go inside so you can see when your food is being prepared.
