Friday 4th of July Lunch at Chao Nieu 35 with my sister. Ordered 2 dozen oysters Vietnamese style sauces and escargot butter garlic sauce and filet mignon with glass noodles. Delicious and great price for $1 oyster.
Service staffs were nice and friendly however very limited in English. Be sure to bring your own translator.

Excellent food. The oysters with fish eggs were only $1 each. The cocunut snail were very fresh and deliciously prepared. The shrimp rolls came with fresh herbs. The ambiance was a delightful surprise. I look forward to returning

Cháo Niêu 35 is a great new Vietnamese restaurant located close to home, offering a wonderful place to find delicious food. The restaurant is under great ownership, and the service is friendly, though staff may be limited in English. The menu features a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including cơm niêu, cá kho niêu, gỏi gà lòng trứng non, cháo lòng, and cá tím nướng. Recently, customers highlighted the exceptional value of freshly shucked oysters for $1 each, making it a must-try. Other notable dishes include the coconut snail, which was fresh and deliciously prepared, and the shrimp rolls served with fresh herbs. While some dishes, such as cơm niêu and cháo lòng, were well-received, others, like the cá kho and gỏi gà, received mixed reviews. The ambiance is described as a delightful surprise, cozy and inviting without being too fancy, making it a good place to hang out. Overall, Cháo Niêu 35 offers a promising dining experience, with the potential to improve and become an excellent local favorite.
