I am eating here as I write this review on Tuesday 9/2. Outside temp is 86 and they did not turn the AC on until we complained about it’s way too hot inside and asked them to move us to a different table. We thought their AC was out of order but apparently they intentionally did not turn it on hoping customers just eat the bbq swearing so they can save electricity….
I hope the management is more considerate and service minded to take care of their customers.
The ice in our water all melted and the water is now a room temp.
You can check the weather today and we are having an extreme heat wave since last week.
Not a good service practice….

Servers were super kind and really good at making sure we were taken care of. This place is super dated but the food is on point and the price is fantastic. My 9 and 11 year old were charged the adult price, but hey it's only $21 for menu A. They usually just eat brisket but they liked the beef belly and ribeye bulgogi this time around. The pork belly was also really yummy. There is free thrifty ice cream near the door that we almost missed. Really great value. Would come back for sure.

Their closing is at 11:30pm but their last sitting is at 10:30pm.. otherwise, their food is great and I would def go again! But don’t waste your time traveling here if you cannot get there by the seating hour.

For the price this is the best AYCE KBBQ in all of the OC. Nowhere else can you get Rib Eye Bulgogi and Beef tongue for $31 a person. The building and parking lot feel like a repurposed strip club but this adds to the mystique of the place.

Came here for the AYCE KBBQ for $21 (menu A) and this place did not disappoint!

I came here for dinner. The portions are decent is size. If you're looking to try everything, come in a bigger group. If that's not possible you're able to ask for smaller portions.
Their meat quality is good. It tasted especially good with the radish paper, rice paper, and salad. Their sides aren't as good as other KBBQ restaurants though.

They have a small ice cream section where it's self serve for Thrifty ice cream.

There's plenty of parking.

I called the restaurant and was told there were available tables, so I made a special trip by taxi. Upon arrival, we were informed that we needed to leave our names and wait for a table. The staff's attitude was particularly rude, which made the experience very unpleasant. This left a very negative impression, and I won't be returning.

I suggest the restaurant invest in staff training, as it was the poor behavior of the employees that prompted me to leave this review.

The food here is great—especially the Beef Bulgogi Steak, which is definitely a highlight. I also like that they include ice cream, but I do wish it was served through a dispenser instead of scooping since it tends to create a line. The place could also use a bit of renovation, and the floor was somewhat slippery when we came right at opening time. Overall, still a solid spot for AYCE KBBQ with good flavors.

Staff was great and attentive. Loved the little waterfall by the entrance and the bridge that goes over it. Atmosphere was great, K-PoP artists playing on the tvs all over the restaurant. Price was pretty good compared to other KBBQ spots. But the quality of the food was lacking along with flavor.

DON’T DRINK THE WATER
They serve the water from a Costco bucket and they stick their hands in it to reach the ladle after touching raw meat💔 LIKE FULLY SUBMERGED IN THERE😭 Also terrible service, was there over an hour and waiter came 3 times, wasn’t even busy, had to wave down random other waiters to order😐…
