Pho is great with deep flavor of broth. Wait too much but they don't call next person in reasonable fashion.
PSA: This location is now CLOSED. They have moved to a location on Magnolia and Westminster. (Grand garden near ABC) The new location was not open today either. There wasn't a sign saying when they plan to open.
UPDATE: New location now open.
First time at new location. Much roomier space. Pho quality excellent as always. They now accept CC for orders above $15
