The place has nice vibes to it and the owners and the service is pretty good. Went here to celebrate cousins pregnancy and food was alright. I got the pad Thai and it tasted nice but was quite salty which made it not as enjoyable. The plater tasted really good. Honeydew milk tea was nice and was nice amount of sugar not too much. Overall it’s alright but saltyness was in issue.
Whoever gave aunty and this establishment a negative review yall are crazy. I enjoyed my stay here. I was greeted by aunty. She was amazing she had really good energy, she was lovely, lively and sweet. I was excited to try this place out. I kept telling myself I got to try this place out. It must be so good. Yummy food for a great price! My girlfriend and I ordered the tom yum kha soup and combo vermicelli noodles (with a thai tea of course) and the shrimp was sooo tasty. The dishes had good flavor and the inside of the restaurant is cute and cozy.
It's a shame that the plaza construction is hiding the storefront!

Based on the reviews, Saigon Bistrot is a restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully plated. Menu items include the appetizer sampler, yellow curry with chicken, pad see ew, garlic noodles, bbq pork fried rice, boba tea, coffee, crisp egg rolls (vegetable and pork), spring rolls (pork and shrimp), banh mi pork sandwich, house special pho, beef pad see ew, orange chicken, Saigon coffee, Ube flan cake, Pho, Pad Thai, the big sampler platter, Bistrot’s Combination Rice Platter, Combination Vermicelli Noodles, and the Bistrot’s Sampler. The service is excellent, outstanding, and very friendly. The couple that own and operate the bistro are very friendly and make customers feel like family. The restaurant has a warm, clean, and inviting atmosphere with decorations that stand out.
