Best sushi I've ever tasted.
I had the pleasure trying out Soyokaze and it was hands down the best sushi experience I've had in Orange County! The quality and freshness of the fish was outstanding, and the attention to detail in the presentation was impressive. The sushi rolls were creative and delicious - I especially loved the spicy tuna crispy rice and the dragon roll. The staff were also very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I got takeout sushi so I didn't get to experience it perfectly fresh in the restaurant but I did get to eat it within a few hours and wow, let me tell you.. that salmon tasted FRESH AF, and their rice is bomb all on its own! Nice and flavorful. 10/10, eat here. Also, the waitress who gave me my order was really nice with a smile on her face so that was pleasant.

The baked salmon and baked lobster rolls are highly recommended, as well as the swing roll with its addicting tempura topping. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions, and the ambiance inside is nice and clean. While the service can be subpar at times, the food at Soyokaze Sushi is expertly prepared and offers a wide variety of sushi rolls and Japanese dishes. It is a great spot to enjoy delicious and authentic sushi in a cozy atmosphere, with the only downside being the occasional service issues.
