My niece and I went to get hot pot, last week for my first time and we had a blast! But when we went last night and Lisa took such amazing care of us both we felt more like family then customers. Being disabled can be difficult in times to eat in public but we giggled, laughed with the staff and just had the best night ever!! Idk why this place has such bad reviews lol I came for lunch and oftentimes there is a long wait to get a table. Fortunately you can put your number down and get a text when your table is ready. Located in a large busy plaza so parking can be tricky closer to the stores. Their food is pretty standard for BP locations. after all these years I still think the beef hot soup is the best. This place is now called Hot Pot Family Restaurant. Not sure what the low stars are for, but this place is legit. The food is tasty and the service is superb. Their lunch specials are $10.99 and very filling. Where can you get a meal that inexpensive nowadays? Exactly! You're welcome
