Based on customer reviews, The Moo Restaurant is located inside the Hmart plaza, a bustling area for shopping and dining. Services have improved, and workers try their best. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, though some noted no AC running when the temperature is in low 80F. The concept is there, but some feel the food is not as fresh due to low traffic. The Bún Thịt Nướng Chả giò was huge with hearty portions of noodles, lettuce, meat, and bean sprouts, and was delicious. The Com Bò Lúc Lắc was very savory and tender. The 4 season chicken platter was actually good and different. However, the chả cá bánh mì was overly sweet and carelessly prepared. Coffee and peach tea were also very sweet. "Banh mi nuong muoi ot" and "rang muc rang me" were okay, but "pha lau nuoc sai gon" was too oily with old smell. Food and drink are not bad but below average vs other good Viet restaurants nearby. Mostly everything is a little pricey. A customer with stomach issues needed pho and was stoked to find this place, having a great experience.
