El Chiapas Tacos #1 offers an extensive, authentic, and very reasonable menu. The food is phenomenal and served in an ample supply, with huge portions like the Casadia w/ Carne Asada that took two days to finish. The BEST BIRRIA is a standout, especially the birria pizza with the avocado sauce, which has a phenomenal smell, taste, and texture. The asada fries are big enough to share, with well-seasoned meat and perfectly ripe avocado. The atmosphere is good for a streetside taco truck experience, with plenty of tables and chairs for a quick bite with friends. Great salsas are often saved for home. Service is excellent, with a very respectful young man working the counter and a clean place. While some reviews note that servings could have more meat, the place is a staple for the community and the best local tacos. It is highly recommended for a quick taco snack or a fourth meal late night run. Definitivamente regreso pronto.
