This is my favorite rolled ice cream place. When it is a little busy, it takes a little longer because there is only usually 2-3 people working at a time, so it's understandable. The ice cream is $8.50 per cup, but it is very filling, and it is free toppings. Most other places charge per topping, so it is nice that they don't, and they have a lot of options. the vibe inside is kind of sad, low lighting and no music. but the free toppings is cool and the ice cream was good. $8 for one size is obviously silly but all the rolled ice cream places do that so whateves.
