Absolutely delicious if you like thick noodles and thick broth! I got the large red miso bowl and I was definitely satisfied. The noodles were chewy and had the right amount of bite. While I liked the broth it could have been a little hotter in temperature. Definitely a great addition to the South Bay noods scene.
Came here because of an IG video. Michelin ramen in a supermarket? Ok I’ll make the drive to see what the buzz is all about. Upon further research, their other location is in the Michelin guide. This is a little gem sitting inside the Japanese market. Their main location in Buena Park was awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023. I haven't been to that location so I'm not able to compare it.I'm leaving the review for their regular ramen, but they're known for their dipping ramen (tsukemen).
