(Gardena location on Artesia Blvd) ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER lSERVICE! I ordered through Yelp, which then manages the order through GrubHub. I put my order in at 11:54am on Sunday, 5/29/22. According to Yelp, the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Just to be sure, knowing that Sundays are busy for breakfast, I arrived at the restaurant at 12:40pm. My food was not ready. "Okay," I thought to myself, "it's kind of busy." So I waited.....and waited....and waited some more. Finally, at 12:55, I ask about my order, telling them that it has been an hour since I ordered. STILL not ready! The response from the cashier/host, (with attitude) "We're not responsible for online orders." And she walks away. So I waited again. Finally at 1:05, am hour and 10 minutes after I ordered, my food comes out. Even then, the order was incorrect! If the restaurant is unable to accommodate online orders, they should not be utilizing the service. I asked to speak to the manager. I waited and waited for literally, 10 minutes before someone came to speak to me. I asked if she was the manager and she said, "No, but I'm the one in charge right now." Her name was Alejandra. I explained my situation to her, especially regarding the attitude and response by her hostess! No respect for customers. Nonetheless, I have been a patron of the Pan since it opened the original restaurant in Gardena on 166th Street. I used to frequent the restaurant almost once a week. But ever since it has expanded to several locations, the service has drastically deteriorated! I hope that the owners and management realize that their success depends on the public's support. I love the food but have been extremely disappointed in the service these past few years. Hopefully the owners read the reviews of their restaurants and take the comments to heart. *See the photo of my receipt showing that my order SHOULD HAVE been ready at 12:36pm...which it wasn't. Not until 1:05 did I receive my food.
