Francis Ford Coppola Winery has beautiful vineyard views and our tasting host was extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed walking the property and self-guided tour. Coppola had the best wine on our trip. Anyone can enjoy their time at the property!

As a film fan, this has easily become my favorite winery ever. The inside is like a museum dedicated to Coppola’s work, with props and costumes from some of his best films: Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Apocalypse Now, The Godfather. But the big showpiece is a genuine Torpedo car from Tucker, parked right inside the gift shop that spins for a perfect 360 view inside and out of the car. Great for photo opp’s! Once you’re done exploring the movie museum, explore the grounds outside, which include a pool and bocce courts and a teepee for some strange reason. Rustic, the onsite restaurant, is incredible, and serves some of the most delicious food. The waiters bring out these little fried dough balls called Petolle and they’re like savory donuts. They’re AMAZING.

Great experience. Very nice museum exhibits of his career. Nice wine tasting and food selections. A little expensive though. Very difficult to secure a tour of the production facilities.

If you are in Sonoma County I highly recommend to check out Coppola Winery! Of course you will get to taste wine but you’ll also see Oscars that Francis Ford Coppola was awarded for his achievements in movie production. If you are a big fan of his movies you’ll absolutely enjoy seeing costumes and some other things that were used in the movies such as Dracula and Apocalypse Now and etc. Restaurant on the property is such a convenience! You can’t go wrong with pasta ? and wine ?

On a recent self guided wine tour we made a stop at Copala and of all the wineries we visited that week and there were many this one was without a doubt the best. Great people great atmosphere great wine tons to see and of course great wine.

**This review is for the pool**Coppola's grounds are great. Hollywood nostalgia, inspiring architecture, and meticulously manicured gardens + food and wine. How many SoCo or Napa wineries have a pool? Not many. Its a lovely setting to spend the day with friends in Nor Cal wine country. That said, the pool + rampant number of children running around with impunity is an absolute buzzkill and not worth the $400-500 you'll end up spending on this experience.I don't think I am reaching here when I assume that the average adult attendee would like to drink their glass of wine by the pool without the sight of an 8 year old wiping his boogers off in the water, or a group of 14 year old "Generation TikTokers" throwing a Nerf football back and forth and perform obnoxious cannonballs.Parents who bring their kids to a private winery pool club perplex me. Seems irresponsible to tie one on with bottomless Piña Coladas while simultaneously "supervising" your child who clearly didn't pass basic swim lessons.Leave your kids at home, or join one of the local gyms that have a all-ages pool for your kid to pee in. Disappointing that Coppola continues to allow children of all ages in, what should be, an adults only environment. I'd bet a pool pass that many folks like myself would be more inclined to visit without that added nuisance of someone else's progeny. Look at Vegas pool clubs - no kids allowed, plenty of visitors. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The winery is cinematic. No prior reservation is needed, they sell wine by the glass, which is a rarity in the region. Possibility of tasting, having a meal at the bistro, or strolling through the winery with a glass of wine, or even just exploring without consuming anything.Good wines, worth the trip despite the distance.

One of the iconic winery in California! It's a Vatican for Godfather fans!!!? Sip, swirl, and savor at Francis Ford Coppola Winery! Nestled in the heart of wine country, this picturesque vineyard offers a taste of Hollywood glamour and award-winning wines. ?✨ From breathtaking views to unique experiences, it's the perfect blend of heritage and hospitality. Cheers to unforgettable moments in wine paradise! ??

The museum is nice and interesting but the service is terrible. I called in advance to make reservations for winery tour and wine tasting. They took reservation for the tour and said there is no need to reserve tasting seats as they are always available. Well, when we came for a tasting after the tour they said all (empty) tables are reserved for later visits. We had to stand at the bar. What a disappointment.

My friends, for any Brazilian who likes to go to São Roque in São Paulo, you should know this place. I feel in the same atmosphere and with excellent wines from the Napa Valley region. The place is beautiful, extremely set for Coppola's films, with vineyards in the background and always full of people. The food is American style, but pleases with its quality and flavor, logically enjoyed with glasses of wine from the region and Coppola's fields. It's worth a lot if you're visiting San Francisco, to visit Napa Valley and also the Geyserville region. An obligatory stop for those who like wine and good mountain air.
