Used my rewards to order a free junior bacon cheeseburger and everything went super smooth. Keep up the good work.

Wendy's offers a reliable dining experience with perfect kids' meals and a helpful staff. The Gilroy location is known for its friendly customers, though the drive-thru service can be inconsistent at times. Customers may occasionally receive old fries or experience issues with their orders, such as an incorrect Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Despite these occasional challenges, the $5 Biggie Bag remains a popular option. While the drive-thru atmosphere may be limited, the restaurant strives to provide a satisfactory experience overall. Many customers appreciate the option to order online and wait for their fresh food to be brought out, ensuring a more personalized service.
