Laurel Glen Vineyard

My wife and I have been visiting and drinking Laurel Glen wines for years. Their Cabernet is absolutely fantastic. Likewise the tasting room space and experience, tucked in the tiny hamlet of Glen Ellen, is personal and relaxed, which tends to not be the case in many other tasting rooms in and around Napa. If you're a Cabernet drinker (or want to be), this is the right place.

When wine tasting is on the agenda, we tend to do some research ahead of time, with focus on unique/interesting/boutique/non-retail wineries. And we solicit recommendations from the wineries we visit. Such is the case with Laurel Glen. Zach at Auteur suggested LG for 'amazing Cabs'. He also pointed us to the French (truly French) Les Pascals bakery next-door. Don't miss this one.

Nick hosted us at Laurel Glen. He did a great job sharing knowledge, details, anecdotes, and history. We were able to compare and contrast the wines. And yes - the Cabs are amazing. The 2010 Estate Cab especially. Highly recommend Laurel Glen and Nick.

Nick was an excellent and knowledgeable host. This was a highlight of the many tastings we had. Quality wines, poured by someone who obviously cares about the craft. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

We had a great time in the tasting room at Laurel Glen. 6 of us were treated like VIPs by JC - their representative who was very knowledgable and down to earth. He had to manage two large groups but handled it with ease and genuine love for what he was doing. Couldn’t give a bigger thumbs up for the experience. Oh yeah - and the wine is great too!

JC made this an amazing experience! Incredible wines, incredibly friendly staff. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a lovely time.

Nick was a perfect person to represent you, his stories about the wine along with his personality was perfect. I belong to 4 wine clubs coming in, I left the tasting room with a 5th.

We had an incredible private tasting experience. Juan Carlos was very knowledgeable about all the wines. We enjoyed all of our tastings. And Rhita was very communicative with our inquiries. We would highly recommend stopping in for a tasting.

What a gem! I had high expectations and I was not disappointed. The cabernet is very well balanced and elegant.

Fun place with a great range of tasting with great wine

I had a truly wonderful experience here. Juan Carlo was friendly, and the wines were absolutely spectacular. The general manager, Rhita, was warm and welcoming, and I was pleased to purchase two cases of their wine to share with family and friends. I highly recommend a stop at their wine tasting facility to learn about their vineyard and taste their wonderful wines.

Had a lovely experience enjoying the great Laurel Glen wines with Juan Carlos and my family! Since my eldest daughter is named Laurel (and her first family pet was a bunny named Glen), we just had to visit. Do enjoy their estate wines if you can - wonderful wines.
