They serve meals like salmon sashimi, salmon avocado roll, moonlight roll, miso black cod hand roll, rainbow roll, yellowtail sashimi, jalapeño yellowtail sashimi, garlic edamame, baby lobster roll, and baked salmon. The Toro hand roll is a killer. Cavi Sushi is a MUST TO TRY spot and definitely a place to go back to. The food is fresh, delicate, and beautifully prepared, with a high quality that can be tasted immediately. Cavi Sushi sets a new standard for sushi and is highly recommended.
