KFC offers a satisfying dining experience with its well-known menu. Customers often praise the exceptional customer service, with staff providing great care and promptly fulfilling orders. Recently, a customer noted the 2 piece combo was served hot, juicy, and with crunchy skin, highlighting the deliciousness of the chicken. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese continue to evoke nostalgic memories for many. The restaurant is recognized for its cleanliness and efficient operations, making it a convenient stop for road trips. One reviewer appreciated the proactive service when an item was unavailable, noting that the staff went above and beyond by offering a substitute and an extra side dish. While the sweetened iced tea was an unexpected addition, the overall food quality and service remain highly commended. The restaurant does have a small parking area, but there is free parking available nearby. It is also wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp for convenience.
