I didn’t find their Tsukemen very good, although the rest of the food was pretty good. Nice ambience. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was their “corporate” policy on changing out meals, which in all honesty is fair, but almost every other restaurant will let you order something else if you really dislike your meal. It’s what makes the difference between decent service and excellent service in my opinion, just the willingness to do that. The other thing was they charged us...
Excellent ramen. The signature TSUJITA ramen is served in two bowls. One bowl has the hot Bonita broth with egg and bamboo shoots and the other is is cold ramen with cold char siu. The noodles are to dipped in the broth and the char Sui is added to the broth. The Bonita broth is rich and complex. The hot sake is also good. Service is excellent.
Been here a few times and the Tsukemen Ramen is delicious. I would recommend the basic Tsukemen to really concentrate on the delightful flavors of the noodles and the thick broth that is coupled with the Tsukemen. For the uninitiated, Tsukemen Ramen is a dipping style ramen, where the broth/soup is served separately from the noodles. Which is important because it's saltier and thicker than standard ramen broth. They provide a suggested eating method and I really enjoy it....
