“We ordered 4 Taiyakis for only $12. Then the owner was so sweet! She offered a 5th one for free. Got our fresh Taiyakis after pager rang quickly! All flavors were great: Red bean, apple, custard cream, mango, and chocolate filling within freshly baked crunchy shells. We almost wanted to order another round if we were not on the way of leaving Little Tokyo Market. Must try again next time!
Kid-friendliness: The fresh fish shaped Taiyaki tastes much better than the frozen one kids usually get in stores.“

“Terrific restaurant. Great food in an inviting atmosphere. Exceptional pancakes and coffee. The service was notable for a diner. The seating was comfortable, and the replicas of famous paintings was cool. It is worth mentioning again that the pancakes are head and shoulders above any other that I've tried. I would go out of my way to return to Russell's.“

“This is the best matcha in LA. I get a dirty matcha with oat milk and their homemade lavender syrup and it’s insane. They use ceremonial matcha too! The texture of the drink so so silky and amazing. A must try. Not expensive at all and you can get stamps to work towards a free drink! ?
It’s also a dream if a vibe in there.“

“Enjoyed sitting outdoors with my daughter and two granddaughters after their Kaiser appointments. I had a very tasty Turkey Club sandwich with waffle fries, while my daughter enjoyed a great omelette and her kids had mini-Belgian waffles with sprinkles. Just Perfect!!“

“I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Skillets! Rafael, our waiter, was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even better. The food arrived quickly and tasted fantastic. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, which was delicious and came with a choice of fries, onion rings, or salad. I opted for the salad, and it exceeded expectations—fresh and thoughtfully prepared, far better than the usual "afterthought" restaurant salad. I'll definitely be back!“

“The waffles taste similar to the premade ones you’d find in the frozen section of a grocery store. However, I appreciated the presentation and the excellent customer service. Due to a system issue, my delivery was delayed by almost an hour, but they apologized and prepared fresh waffles for me. That level of care has convinced me to order from them again.“

“Stopped by for quick afternoon caffeine pickup and chose Nothing But Coffee due to its high rating. The place was relatively quiet for a Saturday afternoon, if compared to other atypical coffee shops in the area. Blessing in disguise, meaning swift service and nice peaceful space.
They offered some peculiar beverage selection including those coming with toffee flavor, truffle, etc. I was bit mainstream, going for their NBC Cold Brew, their version of house cold brew with maple syrup and your choice of milk for which I picked almond. It's decent cup with just right sweetness, though sometimes the idea of using maple syrup might make people worried it ended being too sweet but I would say this one was great. I did love how the cold brew wasn't too acidic, just like how I fancied it.“

“We loved stopping in after an afternoon in the gardens nearby. Had a refreshing boba on a hot day. You can even choose the level of sweetness and ice! They had a combo where you get a sandwich and a basic tea for free! Good pricing and great quality. We will be back!“

“This is a hidden gem for tlayudas and tlacoyos. I m also a big fan of their crepes ?they are very clean and the service is always great. You might wait for the food just because it’s made fresh. I come once or twice per month ever since I came first (2 years ago).“

“This spot is a hidden gem fr. Every drink I’ve tried here has been on point—flavorful, not too sweet, and the boba is always fresh and chewy just how it should be. The workers are mad chill and super friendly, always make you feel welcome. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time, they got you. Definitely one of my favorite go-to boba spots. Oh and the strawberry matcha definitely one of my favorites 10/10 recommend.“

“Literally my favorite place. I go here almost every single day after the gym for protein shakes. They have so many flavors to choose from. All the ones I've tried so far are great. They don't give u the feeling of heaviness afterwards like a regular protein shake. To make it even better the customer service is excellent, every worker is so sweet! 10/10 recommend“
