“Went here on a Sunday morning and it was packed! We were able to score a booth that had a table added to it to fit our party of 7.The jambalaya and eggs (with the side of cornbread) were amazing! The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the dish overall had a nice little kick, but wasn't too spicy. It was savory and went well with the sweet cornbread added to it. I would 100% order again. The coffee is from a local SB roaster, so that is a must! Plus, do yourself a favor and order the table a plate of beignets! The service was very nice and accommodating! I would recommend this little gem of a breakfast place.Parking: Parking was really crowded and small, especially on Sunday mornings. I was able to find a spot after waiting a few minutes, but the rest of my party had to park elsewhere. There is free parking across the street, which I would recommend. The free parking lot of the establishment fools you into thinking that there is extra space, but there isn't AND it is hard to turn around and get out if you are stuck.“

“Great food and music! Love this place, the food is yummy and it’s the only spot I can find that serves grits, and they’re delicious. I’m from the south so I need my grits from time to time. Service is always attentive and friendly. Two thumbs up!“

“This was an unexpected place we stumbled upon. It is a New Orleans themed restaurant with lots of flavorful dishes and a friendly staff. They do a cool sing a long with all the patrons and the staff comes around to all the tables to share a toast with you.“

“We've been here a few times but their food has gotten worse. The mussels are tiny and when you order seafood by the pound, you barely get anything since most of it is shell. They changed their fries too. It used to be a crispy shoestring fries and now they are thicker, softer, and worst. The service is okay for State, just the bare minimum for a sit down restaurant.“

“A great little spot in Goleta next to Target. A good old fashioned cafe with a bustling and busy inside as well as outside seating. The staff are friendly and work well together. I never been here when it is not busy. We have been here for breakfast and for lunch on several occasions. The salads are fresh and delicious. The burgers are a solid good option. The New Orleans omelette is a personal favorite and highly recommended. The French Quarter omelette and the tri-tip are also solid choices. They have a few locations but we have only been to the Hollister location in Goleta.“
