“Hopefully the manager(s) read this review. Because Thomas in Goleta is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever met. Everytime we've come in this summer he's been here working hard with a smile on his face! The eating area has been clean and well stocked with spoons and napkins. He is respectful and kind to our kids.I overheard him saying he was pulling a double shift today (4th of July) not complaining just explaining why he was solo. What a great guy. I hope he gets the praise and appreciation he rightfully deserves. He's doing an excellent job. Thanks for working hard Thomas!“

“Yogurtland is my go-to for frozen yogurt about 95% of the time. Speaking about this location specifically, it might be my favorite when comparing quality, service, and variety of selections. The flavors rotate year round which I prefer especially during the seasons to stay relevant.

There have been times while at other store locations where machines are out of order, not all machines are producing / serving, or consistency of the froyo not dispensing perfectly.. but this location seems to stay on top of most issues I’ve experienced here. Even getting to meet the owner at the register on occasion and observing how he runs the location is mind blowing since it’s not very common in my visits around other store locations. That tells a lot about his this franchise owner cares and values his customers and employees.

I can’t seem to find one thing this store lacks in or have any issues with. But if I could think of 1 thing might be to have an extra associate available during busy times as it’s usually just 2 employees running the store throughout my visits.

Hopefully this stays this way as long as this location stays in business. I’d 10x recommend Goleta Calle Real location over the nearby store location.“

“Tondi Gelato was the perfect touch for our rehearsal picnic 4 months ago! James is so passionate about what he does and he only works with fruits that are in season. When we went in for our tasting, he had so many great flavors for us to try that it was hard to pick just a few! His gelato comes in a cute little wooden cart and his service is fast so your guests won’t be waiting in line for very long and will even be able to enjoy seconds. James is extremely friendly and professional and we’re so happy we hired him for our picnic.“

“Stopped here while in Santa Barbara for the day and DAMN. Some of the best ice cream I've had in my entire life. Tried the earl grey and shortbread, mango sorbet, apple cider and cranberry jam, and eureka lemon and marionberry. All fire, but that lemon one was over the top delicious.“

Wonderful selection today, we had the double peanut butter chip and the black coffee chip. The $4.50 single scoop serving is more than enough! The price is better here at Mission Street Ice Cream than the places on the SB Wharf and the ice cream is way better!
They also have frozen yogurt and custard.
There is ample seating, inside and out.
They take cards and cash.“

“While wandering around looking for a place to eat, my daughter was thrilled to discover a restaurant with her name—Rori’s Artisanal Creamery! At just six years old, the excitement was bursting out of her. She immediately became obsessed, and enjoyed ice cream from a place that shares her name every day during our vacation.

Rori’s went above and beyond by sending a tub of ice cream all the way from Santa Barbara to New Mexico, complete with a birthday shirt nestled inside. It truly made her special day unforgettable.

“This place is great. You want McConnell’s? Go here. Why, you may ask? They have McConnell’s ice cream and the prices are the same, HOWEVER, the portions…Way better. One scoop at the actual McConnell’s is OK. One scoop at this marvelous establishment is enough to leave me in a coma. Also, you can get a cone for free. 10/10. I’m personally very into the sweet cream salted caramel brownie.“

“I always go here when I go to Santa Barbara with my family, and I love the store! The man is super kind and usually gives me and my family extra free candy after purchasing. Not only that, the variety of candy there is in the store is awesome! I find so much candy that I can't find anywhere else. There's also ice cream, chips, toys, etc. Overall, this candy shop is the best one in the whole world! The service is 10/10 and the man is very nice. Would recommend.“

“I still do not quite know what italian ice is, but I know I like it. This was a perfect size and refreshment on a warm day in Santa Barbara. I thought it was better than ice cream and full of flavor. I had mango with another flavor (cannot remember) recommended by the staff and it was a perfect combo. Highly recommend trying“

“Absolutely fantastic cookies! Hubby wanted white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and they had them! Warm and yummy! And their gluten free cookies were just as good. So happy to have found this shop!
