Best poke in IV. I do have a bone to pick with the way Poke Theory is run. Dining here feels more like a stressful cafeteria... I wish it matched the chiller vibe of Isla Vista. When you walk in, you have to write your order on a tiny paper using a pencil that has a plastic spoon attached to it. I then sit down and notice that directions for EVERYTHING are printed laminated and taped on the wall (like "write order here with sanitized pencils", and "throw away trash here"). Delicious and super fresh! I really like the quality of the fish here, and it's fun ordering using the mini clipboards. Much better than the other poke restaurant in Isla Vista, but I wish you all were open a little later than 7.

The ingredients are good and the quantity of food is good. But, they put very little sauce just at the bottom of the bowl and it cannot be mixed with the ingredients. Please add the right amount of sauce, because that was just inexistent and I had to add sauce from my own kitchen.
