“I loved the ramen. The portions were large, and the broth was delicious. They had a gluten-free option. The service was good and the atmosphere was great. There were a couple of items I didn't see on the menu that I would have added to my bowl, but it's not a deal breaker. I would definitely go back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option available. Loved the Spicy Rosted Duck Ramen but LOVED the Chashu Ramen even more! Spring rolls were also delicious! Food is incredible, Service was exceptional and prompt, and the atmosphere is great! “Heading down south we stopped by Nikka Ramen for lunch. I ordered Tonkotsu Black "Kuro" Ramen which had the traditional thin noodles, Pork Shoulder and the broth was made out of pork broth, soy based sauce and garlic oil. The pork shoulder was soooooo tender and was super flavorful. One of the better Ramens I had in my life. Also my friends said to put a little bit of vinegar in the soup. Amazing food!“
