“The food was very fresh and tasty! I had the sushi sandwich. I’ve never had anything like it but I was impressed! I’d definitely recommend it! Especially if you like tempura I think you’d really enjoy it. Short wait to order, easy menu and great specials every day. So refreshing that I’m able to afford some good sushi in this town!“

“Oh my. Wonderful experience. First, they have Orion Beer from Okinawa on tap. Every Marine who served in Okinawa should be here. Secondly, great Happy Hour! Huge rolls at cheap prices, cheap beer, best in Santa Barbara. Then there is the Ramen. Monster portion and huge chashu pork slices. I’m always looking for spice, and this place delivers. I walked almost 4 miles round-trip to come here….and I’ll do it again. Amazing.“

As an LA girlie, I still think about this spot all the time even though I'm surrounded by a million ramen places. It really is that good!!! The umami flavor, the perfectly salted broth, SHEEEEESH just all too good!

ALSO, I would like to vouch for their gluten-free options! Have taken my GF friendos and they LOVE this place as well! If you're ever stranded on State Street, PLEASE EAT HERE!!!“

“I will admit I pretty much have only come here for the boba and have yet to try their food. But the boba is AMAZING. Their quality is very consistently good, both the drinks and the boba pearls themselves, which are always just sweet enough and chewy enough. Would recommend!!“
