The only decent boba in the SB / Goleta area. Only problem is its a little inconsistent but even with the inconsistency it is still better than other places around the area. The popcorn chicken is usually really good too though it can also be inconsistent with sometimes not enough seasoning or they leave out the fried basil. Overall still pretty good and have been here many times and definitely worth visiting!

As much as I love SB, ya gotta admit that it's not the most diverse place in the world. This place really saved the Asian in me when I needed it most! Also, their Hokkaido boba IS CHEFS KISS!!! I'm in LA now but I still crave Phresh Tea cause it really was THAT GOOD!
