Zapp Thai food truck is easily the best Thai in town. The food is amazing and mouth watering. The best pork belly, best pad thai, and the khao soi were incredible. As a Pad Thai enthusiast, the Pad Thai is a 10 out of 10 and priced better than the competition. The Papaya Salad was a real surprise; authentic with a perfect spice level. The tacos, crunch rolls, and chicken skewers are also highly recommended. Everything is super fresh, seasoned perfectly, and has complex, delicious flavors. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Service is fast and the spice is dialed in for pleasant heat. Get it before they get really popular and there will be lines. Grab an ice cold beer next door at Draughtsman.
