Food looked old and not fresh. The chips were stale. The gentlemen making my burrito kept the same gloves on make my food, ring me up and then start the next person's burrito.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers great food and customer service, according to reviews. The restaurant could be cleaner, and some customers have found the staff to be less than enthusiastic. However, one reviewer had an excellent experience, with a generous server and well-prepared burritos and bowls made with fresh, tasty ingredients. Despite some mixed feedback, Chipotle seems to provide a satisfying dining experience overall.
