“The dude that works the drive thru the last 4 times I have been here is one of the coolest people. Great attitude and kind, funny guy. Great service always makes food taste better. And Del Tacos Epic menu is actually very tasty. Pleasantly surprised.

“I love Baja Fresh, my only complaint this time is we did an online order, I asked for a chicken taco and a steak taco for my daughter, I of course paid more for the steak, but when we got home we just had 2 chicken tacos. I'm not into examining the food while at the restaurant and this was covered in cheese so it was hard to tell until my daughter but into them both that there was no steak to be found. Just not taking the time to be sure the order is correct, it was a little disappointing. I got the Vegetable only Burrito Ultimo as usual, I just wish the vegetables were cut up a little smaller but it was good as usual.“

“We took a chance and stopped by and service and food has improved!
We won’t go back! Don’t know whether the management has changed or just doesn’t care about this place anymore. When attempting to phone in an order there’s no answer. They’ve either unplugged or just ignoring the ring for the past few weeks. The last time we were in several of the customers said the same thing. When we questioned the dark haired woman and so-called manager that was there they stated specifically “BY LAW WE DON’T HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS BY PHONE”. REALLY, what great customer service!
But the worst part of our last visit was that we observed them using the same rag to wipe down everything in back. No concern of where and what the rag was wiping. Additionally, they don’t remove they’re gloves to use the cash register!! They have plexiglass to guard against disease, but who’s guarding us against they’re filthy habits?“

“Had the California Double Cheeseburger combo. Was under nine dollars and the burger tasted great, just the silver dollar sized patties inside of a bun 3/4 of an inch bigger all the way around makes you feel ripped off. When I dine in, which I did, I try to pick the best deal. They changed the whole menu in the place now. There is no value at Carl's now either. Started with them before the inflation. The 2 for 5 everywhere else gets was 2 for 5.99 and in very small print on the sign. Just an example. Carl's Jr. Always used to have something cheap. Now the best you can get there is the big carl and the California double. Combos both under 10 bucks. Both with small drink and fries. The rest of the menu..pffft. Can go sit in a restaurant like olive garden and eat unlimited soup and salad cheaper. Carl's did away with green burrito. The salad bar. The 99 cent famous star. And the staff. Took 25 minutes to get our food. They need something on that menu thats cheap. The 2 for 6 they advertise on TV. I havent checked but ill bet its two for 6.99 here. Silver dollar size chicken patty and hamburger patty. They both used to be in the number 13 combo. Under 9 bucks. Also had a cookie. No value anymore. Had a shake afterwards. 2 for 7.99. Can buy a half gallon of ice cream and make 6 shakes the size of the 2 I got for 2.99.“
